Founder · Builder · Solution Provider

I build technology around real business problems.

I am the founder of Hashe Computer Solutions and a fractional CTO and technology advisor. For more than three decades, I have worked where business judgment, product thinking and technical execution meet.

Mamoon Rashid, founder, builder and technology strategist
Mamoon RashidLogic at the core.

I no longer write code every day. I never stopped thinking like a programmer.

My technical foundations taught me to break a problem down, understand dependencies and build a logical path forward. My education in finance and marketing taught me that technology matters only when it protects value, creates opportunity or makes a business work better.

I am not limited by one title. Depending on the problem, I may be the strategist, product owner, architect, troubleshooter, technology partner or the person translating a complex situation into a decision everyone can understand.

I go where the problem requires me—not where a job title tells me to stop.

A solution provider.
Not a job description.

I take ownership of the complete outcome—from understanding the commercial problem to directing the people, systems and decisions required to solve it.

Built. Tested.
Rebuilt stronger.

A career is not made only from the years when everything expands. The contractions, recoveries and difficult decisions are where judgment gets tested.

    Business education. Technical logic.

A B.Com from the University of the Punjab, a software engineering diploma and an MBA in Finance and Marketing built both sides of the foundation. At Software Plus, I learned what it meant to see the decisions a business needed—but not yet have the authority to make them.

    Building1998–2007

One person, one room, then a company.

Following my father’s advice, I founded Hashe from my family home in Lahore. APPCA hired me personally in 2003; three years later I travelled to San Diego as their web developer and returned to Pakistan as their Director of IT. Hashe grew into a 22-person company and moved into its first dedicated office.

    Resilience2008–2017

Growth, contraction and the discipline to rebuild.

The loss of financing behind a major vehicle-portal programme cut a growing team from 22 people to six. Hashe rebuilt around flagship platforms, expanded beyond 50 people, then faced another sharp contraction when two concentrated accounts moved away. Those chapters taught me about trust, concentration risk and responsibility.

    Rebuild the foundation—not the symptoms.

When 401kPlans.com arrived after earlier development attempts had failed, I recommended starting again. Through Hashe, I led the platform rebuild from scratch and served as CTO. Envestnet acquired the marketplace in 2022, and we remained through 2023 to complete the technology transfer.

From service dependence to owned products.

Hashe Agency brought sharper focus to digital growth. Hashe Studios opened a new chapter in mobile gaming. In 2026, five public products moved the portfolio toward SaaS, utility platforms and recurring revenue—while client work and technology partnerships continue to fund and sharpen the next chapter.

Work that survived
the real world.

Products demonstrate that I build. Acquisitions demonstrate that the work creates value. Long relationships demonstrate trust.

Companies are evidence.
The subject is the builder.

Different ventures, products and partnerships—but the same operating principle: understand the problem, make the decision and remain accountable.

From services to
owned products.

Hashe continues to deliver for clients while investing in proprietary tools, SaaS platforms and recurring revenue. Five public products launched in 2026.

Some outcomes are measured in more than revenue.

Faith, family and responsibility keep the work grounded. So does a lifelong love of animals—and the belief that useful technology should also serve people and causes that need it.

Long relationships are the real metric.
